Anonymous asked: Hi, about the keratosis pilaris.. How would I go about trying to treat it because I have it all over my arms, my thighs, and even on my butt. I'm so miserable. Could you be more specific about the type of treatment? Thanks.
What has helped me (and what I’ve seen most widely recommended) is using lotion that contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids. Go buy a lotion that has those, and use it daily.
If you feel like your case is more severe, go see a dermatologist and they can prescribe medicated creams or ointments to help clear it up.
