jeezyeze asked: Dear person who asked if you're 20 and still a virgin, these days it seems as though everyone has lost their V-Card by age 15 and if they haven't then something is wrong with them, right? WRONG. Once you lose it, you'll never get it back. That's why we cherish our virginity, and like most, choose to remain abstinent until marriage. Plus if you look at it like patience vs. STDs, pregnancy, heartbreak, etc, we're winning this race. (:
No. This isn’t good either. Sex isn’t a race. There is no ‘winning’ at sex or virginity or any of that business.
You can get STDs without having vaginal sex (which is what most people base virginity off of), you can get your heart broken without having any kind of sex, and (while highly unlikely), pregnancy is also possible without actual penetration.
If someone chooses to have sex, that’s their choice. If someone chooses not to have sex, that’s their choice.
How many times and how many ways do I have to say that?
